Prunella is designed for intimate celebrations. Our maximum capacity is 25 people on site for a wedding, including the couple, guests, children, and vendors. Some of our smaller wedding packages have lower guest limits.

Yes. We offer a selection of optional items to make planning easier, including décor and practical event extras. Depending on availability, these may include rain panels, lanterns, potted flowers, tableware, a pizza oven, ceremony décor, and mosquito-control options. We can review the available add-ons with you when planning your celebration.

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own caterer or work with one of your preferred vendors. We can also share our recommended vendor list if you would like help finding local options.

Yes. Alcohol may be served, but the hosts are responsible for obtaining appropriate Host Liquor Liability insurance and naming Prunella as an additional insured. Proof of coverage must be provided at least 30 days before check-in.

Absolutely. We welcome thoughtful, personal décor and want the space to feel like your celebration. DIY décor is welcome with prior approval, and we're happy to help confirm what works well within the property and Pavilion.

We welcome thoughtful, personal décor, but we do have a few guidelines to help protect the property and keep the setting natural. Candles must be enclosed, and we do not allow confetti, glitter, nails, staples, or décor that could damage surfaces or leave debris in the forest. Sparklers, fireworks, and other open-flame items are not permitted. If you are planning something specific, we're happy to confirm what will work best.

Prunella is a quiet forest property, so we ask that celebrations remain respectful of the setting. Wedding events must end by 10:00 PM, and the Pavilion must be vacated by 11:00 PM. Late-night amplified music is not permitted.

Prunella No. 4 is our only pet-friendly cabin and welcomes dogs. If you would like your dog to be part of your wedding celebration, please contact us in advance so we can confirm what is possible and make sure the arrangements work for the property.
